I wanted to add...
We went with a white farm sink and a white wood hood, for the kitchen. We did a staggered layout for the kitchen cabinets. We upgraded to wood shelves in the pantry. We turned the formal dining room into a study, with french doors. We added a sunroom, off of the breakfast nook (it will act as the playroom, for now). Super excited for all of these! I CAN NOT wait to see it all come to life. :)
